Coaching Services
Coaching provides a system and accountability for change to move towards a goal. When the goal includes healing of an emotional nature, such as emotional exhaustion and overwhelm, energy healing and coaching together can facilitate healing and change faster than coaching alone.
The energy healing that I channel accelerates the healing and release of blocks, limiting beliefs, trauma and pain, helping you find clarity and realigning you with your purpose.
Block-Buster Session
If you have a problem, struggle, or challenge that you haven't been able to solve on your own, this is what you need. This 60-minute session will help you find clarity and release blocks using coaching and energetic practices so that you can take action in the direction of your highest good.
We meet virtually on Zoom for a private one-on-one session focused on a topic of your choice. We start with an oracle card reading, and then start with some coaching conversation around what’s going on for you at the moment. Throughout the session you’ll receive a personalized blend of therapies incorporating coaching and energy healing or energetic therapies as appropriate/desired.
$120 / 60 minute session
Sometimes one session isn’t enough, whether because it’s a larger or multiple blocks, or breaking deeply entrenched habits or creating strong new ones.

10 weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions that include conversation that makes space for you to consider, explore, and get curious about everything, as well as energetic healing therapies as indicated.
PLUS one extra coaching session as a follow-up, a few weeks after the 10th session.
