Payment Policies

Wise Old Owl Coaching and Energy Healing accepts payment for services in the form of cash or credit card.

Cancellation and Late Arrivals Policies

I understand that occasionally you may have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. And occasionally you may be running late. Life happens! In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you may be charged up to the full amount of your appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will not be refunded for their “missed” appointment. This includes Distance Energy Healing sessions which do not require physical attendance, as the energy will be delivered whether you arrive on the video call or not.

Late Arrivals Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine together if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” session.

Inclement Weather Policy

Cancellations for inclement weather will be made on a case-by-case basis, and will not be subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. If you feel that you are unable to safely make it to your appointment due to weather related road conditions, please call, text or email as early as possible.

Records Request Policy

Records will be released only with a release form signed and dated by the client. Fees will apply, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
